Metal Sealing Devices
A metal boss seal is a pressure-loaded, positive sealing device designed for service in port-to-tube fitting applications and performs beyond the capabilities of elastomer o-rings. Composed of a crush ring that attaches with the coating of the seal to the surfaces of the port and tube fitting, this custom component ensures sealing over a wide range of temperature and pressure.
Advantages for using the metal boss critical seal part are its unlimited shelf life, temperature capability and wide range, compatibility with corrosive and radioactive fluids and sealing force that adjusts with increased pressure.

Diaphragms & PTFE Pump Components
With 45 years of experience with injection molding diaphragms and PTFE pump components, we have earned the trust of many top OEM diaphragm valve and Air Operated Diaphragm (AOD) pump manufacturers who use our Marathon® product. These critical parts are abrasion resistant, offer low friction and wear, and are compatible with a broad range of chemicals in operating temperatures ranging from -400 to 536°F (-240 to 280°C).
For valve diaphragms, we offer complete, in-house part and tooling design as well as highly skilled and experienced personnel for production in a Class 10000 clean room environment. For AOD pumps, we offer complete in-house tooling design and fabrication, advanced CNC machining techniques, and compression and injection molding capabilities. With meticulous lot traceability and detailed testing protocol, each diaphragm and pump component is ensured for precise fit and lifetime confidence.

OmniFlex® O-Ring Product
Fluoroelastomer Materials
The OmniFlex™ product is a fluoroelastomer, proprietary material that performs beyond perfluoroelastomer materials in terms of chemical resistance and inertness yet maintains softer durometer and improved compression set. This custom component has outstanding low temperature performance - down to -57°C (-70°F) – and operates up to a maximum temperature of 218°C (424°F).
With its softer durometer, our OmniFlex® critical part is an excellent choice to replace low friction hydraulic seals and standard o-rings with the added benefit of manufactured special shapes to typical dimensional tolerances.
